The Amazing Presents: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC (half a plan, half a miracle)

A theatrical cabaret about the strive for greatness and the beauty of failing at it together. A humorous, colorful spectacle and from the very beginning, it’s falling apart.

From the moment you enter, the rules of the theater begin to blur. The performers welcome you with a glass of bubbles, gently dissolving the distance between audience and actor. At the centre of it all, a theatre curtain appears to have fallen from the sky. Far too many spotlights shine on the draping red velour, turning the curtain into a makeshift stage. You’re invited to gather around it as you would around a dinner table. And before you know it, a chicken has pointed out the people of power in the room, a slow dance opens up a portal and a ballerina crawls on stage to shed her layers.

There is no perfect version of the evening we spend together. Each performance is different, shaped by a new constellation of people, moods and opportunities. But what stays the same is the invitation: to meet one another in the unknown, and to let that be enough.
